Key Facts
Leadership
Stream
Year 1
The Leadership Stream is designed to help people realise their gifts, passions, and purpose. Students gain learning from a range of structured lectures and hands-on practical ministry experiences, working alongside leaders who are making a difference in ministry. This makes what they are learning in class relevant and memorable. Students are taught how they can impact their world and are equipped for a life of influence. The skills that are learnt during the year are transferable and help students pursue ministry, further study or employment.
Worship Stream
Year 1
Worship Stream students spend two days a week developing their craft as musicians and vocalists, working together in team, and honing the skills necessary to be able to lead in many different worship environments. Along with crucial teaching on the heart of worship, musicianship, individual lessons, and group ensembles, you will also have practical experience daily, leading the student body and staff in worship, as a worship and production team. You will also learn communication skills necessary to create atmospheres and tell a story, along with basic music production skills.
Together with the leadership stream, you’ll also spend two days a week developing theological foundations, going deeper in discipleship, and understanding your relationship with God and God’s purpose for your life.
Leadership Internship
Year 2
The Leadership Internship is a Diploma programme that offers students leadership training and practice, an in-depth study of the Bible from theological view-points, and the opportunity to manage projects and lead teams. Students gain effective ministry knowledge and skills that equip them for a life of significant influence.

Testimonials

Cory Coleman, 19 — UK
Leadership Stream Graduate 2026
Over the summer, I felt God lead me to do Equippers College, and looking back now, I can genuinely say I don’t regret that decision at all. This year has been a real training ground for me. It has stretched me a lot, but through obeying God and sacrificing a year, I’ve seen Him bless me in so many ways. Probably the biggest thing is the confidence I’ve grown in.
I’ve also grown as a leader through serving in youth, taking on more responsibility, and helping lead young people through life and faith. Alongside that, college has helped me grow in boldness and initiative, not holding back but chasing the things God has placed on my heart. It has strengthened my faith and shown me that faith is so much more than just Sunday church. It’s about daily obedience, a relationship with God, and living boldly for Him. I’ve made amazing friends who push me closer to God, and I really believe this year has prepared me for future opportunities God has ahead of me.

Tallulah Everitt, 22 — UK
Leadership Stream Graduate 2026
I had just graduated from Uni in Bristol and was really unsure of what I wanted to do next. My friends were starting jobs, doing masters, travelling, and sometimes I felt a bit behind. However, choosing obedience and trusting God with this year has been incredible and such a blessing! I’ve learnt so much — the theology lectures and practical teaching have had such a positive impact on my personal life. It’s stuff I’ll use for the rest of my life.
I’ve grown so much personally too! I’ve learnt about myself and my future. God has opened my eyes to new passions, dreams, and desires this year. I’ve gained so much more clarity and peace about my next steps. I grew up shy and insecure, and this year there has been such a huge transformation. I compare myself to others less now, feel much more confident and content in who God created me to be, and have so much more joy in everyday life.

Leadership Stream
Over the last year at Equippers College, I have received so much amazing teaching — from in-depth Bible classes and inner healing, to discovering more about what God has called me to do.
Over the course, my wife and I welcomed our second child into our family. All of the staff and students stood by us, encouraging and helping us a lot. It is amazing what happens when a group of people can rally together and be the hands of Jesus. We received so much love and physical provision from those around us, and this has encouraged us to be that for others.
As we head back to California to lead Equippers Kids and Revolution Youth, we feel ready and well-equipped from being taught by amazing leaders. Additionally, from experiencing the love of God over the last year, we feel encouraged to show that same love to those we have the opportunity to disciple.
